Meet Attorney Nick Congero
Nick is an active member of the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association.
A native of Long Island, Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hofstra. During his undergraduate studies he worked as an EMT and acquired a deep, hands-on understanding of emergency medicine and the physical realities of traumatic injuries—insight that now gives his clients an extreme advantage in the courtroom.

Nick earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law and began his legal career working alongside Circuit Court Judges, gaining firsthand insight into the judicial treatment of a wide range of cases. Following his tenure at the Courthouse, Nick worked for major insurance defense firms litigating auto accident and storm damage claims. After several years of representing insurance companies, Nick felt compelled to realign his legal practice with his interest in helping individuals and began representing Plaintiffs. Today, Nick specializes in personal injury claims and integrates his knowledge and experience gained from advocating for all sides of his industry into his practice to offer the highest level of representation.
